We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, flexible to the needs of the service and supportive to staff in the way they are supervised and lead. As part of the leadership team on any ward their will be elements of direct patient clinical care and a requirement to lead and support multi-disciplinary meetings to support admission, patient care and successful discharge.
